TERMS & DEFINITIONS
A Will is a document by a person which directs how his/her estate or property will be distributed upon death.

A Power of Attorney is a document that grants someone legal authority to act as an agent for another (the principal) and make financial decisions for him/her. An Advanced Health Care Directive is a legal document that explains a person's wishes about medical treatment and designates another person to make health care decisions if a person becomes incompetent.
A Quitclaim Deed is a document that conveys a complete interest in a certain piece of land.
